Starter: Spring Vegetable Samosas		$5.00
	Traditional Indian samosas, served with a sweet mint chutney.
Main: Butter Chicken		$11.00
	Flavourful butter chicken, with rice pilaf.
Dessert: Mango-Passion Fruit Kulfi		$5.00
	Frozen dairy based dessert made with fresh mango and passion fruit.
Wednesday February 29, 2012-Menu Two Cook Apprentice Chef Eunice Cruz
Starter: Mini Tazas		$5.00
	Baked tortilla cups filled with mozzarella, black beans and a touch of Serrano and jalapeno peppers.
Main: Drunken Salmon		$11.00
	Salmon steaks baked i a spicy tequila based sauce, with rice and oregano-lime garnish.
Dessert: Three Milk Cake		$5.00
	A traditional sponge cake, drenched with condensed, evaporated and whole milk.

	A fluffy dough base, with fruit and whipped topping.
